1. Rental Agreement

All vehicle rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement. The renter must provide valid identification, a UAE driving license, and a security deposit before vehicle handover.

2. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used solely for the transport of goods within the agreed temperature range. Misuse, overloading, or unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited.

3. Rental Duration & Pricing

Rental rates are quoted in AED and are subject to the agreed duration. Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the rental end date. Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Insurance & Liability

All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. The renter is liable for any damage caused by negligence, traffic violations, or unauthorized use. A damage excess may apply.

5. Breakdown & Support

DegreeZero Chiller Vans provides 24/7 roadside assistance. In the event of a mechanical failure, a replacement vehicle will be provided within 2 hours within Dubai.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48+ hours before the rental start receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours incur a 25% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
